I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York City. I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment free space where you can feel safe and understood. I work with adults of all ages experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, problematic substance use, trauma, mood instability, perfectionism, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I provide hands-on and collaborative care to help clients navigate the challenges they are facing, reduce stress, and improve their self awareness and overall well-being.
