I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I am dedicated to providing an open, non-judgmental, strength-based, and compassionate environment for individuals seeking emotional healing. Each individual is more than just their challenges and I aim to support my clients in tapping into their strengths and wisdom in order to achieve a more fulfilling connection with themselves and those around them. The theoretical approaches I apply in my work include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), systems theory, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, developmental theory, problem-solving, and family systems theory.
