Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been dealing with a lot by yourself. I’m here to offer you a space where you don’t have to worry about carrying everything alone. In therapy, my goal is to offer you a safe and welcoming space where you can be heard, be yourself and feel supported to navigate your life experiences. I work with individuals, couples, and families from a systemic perspective. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is the gold standard in relationship counseling. We can explore what brought you to therapy and begin identifying the emotional patterns and attachment needs that shape your relationships and inner experiences.
