My aim is to help you connect with your authentic Self, to facilitate the natural expression of peace and happiness, and to honor your deepest nature. By addressing obstacles with curiosity and compassion, old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve your highest good will begin to unwind. I integrate Internal Family Systems theory, somatic awareness, EMDR, mindfulness, and attention to the therapeutic relationship, with the goal of helping you move towards greater happiness and well being. I am also available to support your preparation for, and integration after, experiences with non- ordinary states of consciousness.
