My name is Daniela Rendon, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Southern California. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and motivation. My primary focus is adolescents and young adults facing anxiety, stress, depression and not feeling like themselves and wanting support figuring out why. I use a strength-based and person-centered approach, however, to personalize therapy for each client. I incorporate elements from modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help you manage your symptoms.
