I want to inspire others to take action in prioritizing their mental health. As someone who personally struggled with their mental health, I know how hard this journey can be and what it takes to manifest the life that you desire and you are worthy. Healing rarely comes without difficulty and you have taken the first step by searching for a therapist. As a therapist my goal is to help you gain the tools needed to nourish your mind, body and soul. I pride myself in my ability to connect with my clients by providing a safe, relaxing, an judgment free environment that align with growth and healing. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arizona, earning my Master of Counseling degree from the Arizona State University and have a variety of experience working with school, home and clinical settings with both individuals and families for over 20 years.
