My overall goal is to build a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients based on empathy and warmth, in a nonjudgmental environment. I provide individual psychotherapy and I also have experience with couples, family, and group therapy. Throughout my training, I had the opportunity to work with numerous clients from varying backgrounds, cultural experiences, and difficulties related to adjustment problems, depression, anxiety, relational problems, self-esteem, anger issues, trauma, bereavement, personality disorders, learning disabilities, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
