I'm a licensed professional counselor and Certified Sex Therapst. I also hold a PhD in Clinical Sexologly. I have been in practice for over 18 years and specialize in working with people who experience depressive symptoms, symptoms of anxiety and sexual issues. I will provide you with resources and homework assignments because healing through therapy takes work outside of our scheduled sessions. We will however work at your pace and only address those things you feel most comfortable addressing. I'm here to work with you in addressing areas you would like to change. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
