Our philosophy is to promote various aspects of health based on the strengths of each individual by thoughtfully acknowledging each person's unique talents and abilities. I have 20 years of experience in working with adolescents and adults with mental health problems, dual disorders, and substance abuse issues. For the past 16 years, I have directly worked with adults who had these problems. I offer mental health counseling for dual disorders, substance abuse, addictive behaviors (i.e., food, gambling, technology), the impact of family members' addiction, adult children of addicts (i.e., ACOAs), codependency, and more.
