Therapy is a daunting experience. My approach is warm, inviting, and nonjudgmental making the process of treatment easier. Developing a solid working relationship with me is the answer. I am dedicated to my clients, believe in a collaborative relationship, and arming my clients with tools that enable them to cope successfully. My most successful clients are those who have committed themselves to the process of therapy, who have remained present when facing painful challenges. I work with geriatrics, adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, and other concerns.
