I have a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges, and have a better understanding of themselves and what they want in life. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, individuals with substance abuse, and transitioning through life's daily struggles. As a former teacher, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges that children and teens face, including academic stress, peer pressure, and social anxiety. I also help clients with substance abuse issues navigate the challenges and build resilience, by processing the underlying issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By using a holistic approach to treatment, I address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of trauma, substance issues, and emotional struggles.
