I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois offering virtual therapy for adults struggling with perfectionism, overthinking, stress and anxiety. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in the past, or worried about the future - even when things look okay on the outside. Many struggle with the never-ending demands of life, a drive for perfectionism & constant overthinking. They feel mentally exhausted, self-critical, or stuck in cycles of worry. Common concerns include anxiety, stress, burnout, low self-esteem & women's issues such as pregnancy, new parenthood, role-overload & feeling pulled in many directions.
