I help people struggling in relationships. I work well with insight-oriented individuals who want to explore their lives on a deep level and explore pathways for growth and change. I specialize in diagnosing and healing relational trauma from Narcissistic and Borderline abuse and helping clients create new narratives about who they are and how they want their lives to be. I believe we can rewrite our story and choose our own ending. My work is depth-oriented and psychodynamic, and I blend insight and intellect with humor (I've found a little lightness can create buoyancy as we navigate dark places).
