Greetings, fellow Autistic humans. If you are here looking for a chance to be finally understood in all the glorious neurocomplexity of your experience, look no further. I specialize in working exclusively with other Autistic folks providing Autistic-Centered Therapy. If you've tried therapy before but found it frustrating to work with someone who couldn't fully understand, I get it. I am particularly well suited to work with Autistic folks with co-occurring conditions (EDS, POTS, ME, etc), ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD and cPTSD) and giftedness (2e). My therapy style is Autistic-Centered (meaning I do not pathologize your Autistic brain and experience) and I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your needs but my main approach is humanistic, existential, and nonjudgmental.
