Stress and sadness are feelings each one of us has experienced at one time or another. It's when these feelings begin to impact our lives, that we need to seek out assistance. When you or your teen are struggling, school/work, social life and relationships suffer. Routine tasks and activities feel exhausting. Unhealthy behaviors emerge as a way of coping with the pain. It's vital that you find someone with whom you feel comfortable talking. I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I help my clients make sense of their feelings and support them in finding tools to help them move forward, beyond whatever challenges they are currently experiencing. I offer a separate service of ADHD Testing for people 18+.
