I am a psychotherapist in private practice located in Boca Raton providing in person and Telehealth services in Florida as well as Telehealth services in Utah. My extensive experience includes but is not limited to working with adolescents and adults, including emotion regulation, mood disorders, bereavement, medical trauma, and clinical PTSD and suicidal ideation. Specialized individual and group therapy as well as psycho-educational groups have been my continued focus to guide individuals in processing and healing their trauma. Therapeutic approaches are individualized to the needs and sensitivity of each client.
