I try to show up authentically as both a counselor and a human; I believe we are all trying our best in a world that's less than ideal and it can be helpful to have someone to talk things through with. It's my goal to provide a safe space for you to process the ups and downs of life. I’ve seen that through intentional discussion we can challenge perspectives around emotion and cognition that shape our understanding of experiences. I believe emotions and thoughts not only need to be processed and released but can also inform necessary change in our lives and help us achieve growth if we can learn to listen to them.
