I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in adult individuals ages 18-55 encountering anxiety, post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, family and relationship difficulties, and common interpersonal and life transitions. I hold a deep sense of gratitude for those internal parts of self which allow us to bring and experience calm, peace, trust, and self-leadership, and an even deeper sense for those that hold the weight of fear and shame.
