I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with a background in individuals, couples, and family therapy. As a Trauma Therapist, I strive to create a safe environment for individuals to feel accepted. In sessions I lead with empathy and understanding, as I appreciate each persons's unique story and believe everyone deserves to have their voice heard. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals to overcome stressors and challenges. Through focusing on personal strengths and implementation of self care, I believe that individuals are provided with a solid foundation from which they can accomplish their goals.
