Life can be challenging to navigate especially in the face of an ever-changing world facing a pandemic and economic crisis. When you add personal challenges including personal trauma, relationship challenges, depression, and anxiety, it can become extremely difficult to cope. My desire and passion are to assist individuals in overcoming the barriers that these adversities have caused and to empower them to realize the potential within them to navigate life with the appropriate tools and resources in order to achieve emotional and mental well-being. My goal is to assist individuals with recognizing that they can achieve wholeness.
