I am currently taking new clients for the treatment of Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, behavior changes needed for health and wellness, stress management, sobriety maintenance; and clients with trauma histories. I also specialize in working with individuals who are affected by a loved one's substance use and/or mental health issues. I take a client-centered, integrative and holistic approach with my clients, with great importance placed in the mind-body connection, and how we are affected in this way by illness and mental health conditions. I believe we are all striving for wellness.
