I am a Psychotherapist with several years of counseling experience in a variety of settings including outpatient, residential treatment, and substance use treatment centers. I provide individual, family and relationship counseling for all. I have experience with adolescents and adults with various concerns, not limited to emotional distress, trauma history, anxiety, juvenile at risk behaviors, school behavioral concerns, cultural adjustment, and those dealing with relationship barriers. I offer an open, client centered and solution focused approach to help assist individuals towards achieving their goals.
