I specialize in working with teenagers who experience emotional or behavioral difficulties and their families. I have worked with mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, oppositional defiance disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also have experience working with individuals who have been impacted by the criminal justice system. Issues I have focused on in my practice include family and relationship difficulties, emotion regulation, trauma, abuse, self-harming behaviors, and substance use challenges.
