Im a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, practicing post Masters since 2011. I have been in the field of social services since 1999. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families across a variety of settings. My experience spans working with children, families, trauma, family dynamics, parenting, depression, anxiety, trauma, and crisis intervention. My typical approach is direct and solution-focused, however overall, I tend to be eclectic as one size does not fit all. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing, and sometimes just needs the right support to uncover their path forward. Life’s stressors and feeling overwhelmed can cloud our perspective—but with guidance in a safe, non-judgmental space, clarity and progress become possible.
