Hello, I'm Danielle, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. My training in sport psychology, addiction, and neurofeedback informs the work I do with clients to help them succeed in life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I recognize that there is a time for solution-focused therapy and a time for existential-humanistic psychology, which delves more into the deeper meaning of life.
