It takes a village to heal, and I hope to be added to yours. I specialize in eating disorders, trauma and OCD, and have a passion for supporting women navigating life transitions. Whether that’s entering adulthood, adjusting to motherhood, or redefining identity and balance through changing seasons of life. I also work closely with families and caregivers who are coping with the stress and uncertainty that can come with supporting someone in treatment. My background in higher levels of care for eating disorders has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to heal, and how powerful the right support can be along the way.
