About
I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating eating disorders (including ARFID), anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and challenges related to mood and emotion regulation. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, non-hierarchical space that centers your voice and invites awareness, humor, and self-compassion. Shame reduction and non-judgment are foundational to my work. My goal is not to pathologize or label, but to help you make sense of your sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that fosters curiosity and meaningful growth. I have treated individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, and mood-related concerns across all levels of care. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and rooted in deep respect for each client. I practice from a weight-inclusive lens and strive to create a space where individuals of all body sizes are accepted, respected, and supported.
