I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with adolescents and adults, and I have a particular passion for supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life transitions, perfectionism, and identity development. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and depression, and I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help clients build emotional resilience and reconnect with what matters most to them.
