About
Making the choice to seek therapy is often tied to our desire to find relief from pain. This pain can show up as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, problems at work, or difficulties in your relationships. Other times the catalyst for therapy is an interest in achieving a greater sense of self-understanding. For all of these circumstances, therapy is a powerful instrument that allows you the freedom to make changes. Within the safety of a therapeutic space, examining personal challenges can not only alleviate distress, but also create an opportunity for rich and transformative growth. My style is open, collaborative, and honest. I listen closely for how your challenges are expressed and experienced, and for old narratives and patterns that are holding you back. I work from a psychodynamic relational perspective, meaning that together we will explore your relationships and the roles you occupy within them as a way to move toward healing.
