I’ve supported teens, individuals, couples, and families through challenges like anxiety, grief, trauma, and life changes. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore emotions and build healthier ways to manage whatever life brings. Clients are actively involved in shaping their goals and treatment plans every step of the way.
