I help adults deal with all forms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, adoption disorders, eating disorders, sexuality and gender identity issues, and various adjustment disorders. I am a certified Gestalt therapist who offers an empathetic and understanding presence to give my clients self-knowledge and offer strategies to deal with their depression, anxiety, and other issues, also using somatic and other techniques to strengthen awareness. With this awareness, my clients can change their lives.
