Let's face it- navigating the ups, downs, and obstacles of life is overwhelming. I want to let you know that you are not alone. I'm here to be with you as you face challenges offering validation, insight, and encouragement every step of the way. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and genuine belief in your value and worth. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness into my sessions. I provide a non-judgmental space for adults, adolescents, and children facing a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, life changes, and self-esteem. I am especially interested in working with survivors of domestic violence and those currently navigating unhealthy relationships.
