Hello and Welcome! My name is Danielle, and I'm a licensed mental health counselor. I strive to support you in navigating your emotional well-being. I will help you as you openly explore your experiences and process your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will create a safe space and utilize a collaborative approach to help you develop coping mechanisms and achieve your goals. Mental health is important to nourish and explore through all areas of life from childhood to geriatric. Through my experience of working in the mental health field and being a therapist for a number of years, from my experience working with all age groups, I am knowledgeable through many modalities and techniques including CBT, person centered therapy, psychoanalysis, DBT, and mindfulness.
