I know reaching out for help can be daunting and overwhelming. I am here to make this process easier for you. My counseling style is strength-based, meaning I like to focus on the many positive traits you already possess and work collaboratively to reach the your goals. We are all searching for acceptance and understanding and I am here to help with that. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks, non-monogamous relationships, those that have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. EMDR and IFS tend to be protocols I use most often with clients. For teens, the youngest I serve is 17 years old.
