As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor my purpose is to guide and support clients on their journey to achieving and maintaining an improved quality of life. I provide a non-judgmental environment that allows clients the freedom to explore their challenges out loud. I have found that this approach opens up some space for my clients to do their work on bettering themselves with me as a helping hand. Every treatment approach is unique to the specific needs/goals of the client.
