Hi, I'm Danielle! I know it feels hard right now. Everything is so overwhelming and it seems like you might feel this way forever. Don't worry, you won't! You are already on the right track to finding balance and happiness in your life again. I see adults who are seeking support as they navigate life's many hurdles. I work with overwhelmed teens as they launch into young adulthood. And I help couples who are struggling to find connection. I also have a special passion for helping survivors of narcissistic abuse find their voice and inner strength again. There are so many reasons to seek therapy and each one is valid. Help is here! I have a high level of success working with clients suffering from anxiety and depression related to transition and change. Common stressful transitions include: moving, preparing for college, entering the work force, changing careers, and new or ending relationships.
