I am an adaptable and direct clinician who is passionate about collaboratively assisting teens, adults, and families to achieve their unique goals in a healthy manner. I combine counseling techniques with practical, problem solving approaches to strengthen behavioral, emotional, and mind-body functioning to manage stress and empower clients. I highly value a client-centered approach to therapy and behavioral therapies to meet clients where they are and with acceptance.
