Life can feel really hard at times—whether you’re facing the ups and downs of pregnancy or postpartum, grieving a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, or in need of parenting support. Perhaps you’re struggling with food and body image, dealing with an eating disorder, or carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or past domestic violence. Many of the people I work with want a nonjudgmental space to share and process what they’re experiencing; they want to feel more connected to themselves and want help in making changes that bring relief and hope. I specialize in perinatal mental health, grief, eating disorders, parenting, and domestic violence recovery. I draw from IFS, CBT, Intuitive Eating, and DBT skills, using what best fits your needs so therapy feels supportive, practical, and truly personal to you.
