About
My therapeutic passion is guiding relationships in all their forms—the relationship to self, with friends, family, and intimate partners. I also work with individuals and families from adolescence to adulthood. Many of the people I support feel stuck in anxiety or depression, are carrying the lasting impact of trauma, struggle with intimacy or connection, or find themselves at a crossroads during major life transitions. Together, we slow things down to notice emotional and bodily patterns, creating space for greater self-trust, clarity, and more connected ways of relating.
