I enjoy assisting people of all ages adjusting to life transitions or dealing with such broad issues as: trauma, interpersonal distress, depression, anxiety, grief, parental conflict, divorce, confidence, self-esteem concerns, socioemotional and behavioral difficulties. Using empowerment and strengths, I'm passionate about assisting clients in finding their voice, determining their wants and needs, and developing confidence in making effective changes.
