Therapy provides an opportunity for self-exploration in a safe encouraging environment in order to overcome personal struggles. It can also provide an opportunity for growth through goal setting as well as strengthening relationships. I have experience in assisting individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues that may or may not be related to addiction.
