Let me help you so you don't need to do it alone. Many of my clients view me as a life coach to help them traverse necessary changes they want to make, improve their relationship with themselves as well as with others and often times learn life changing skills that help them live, with not peace of mind but peace from the mind. This work isn't easy by any means but it's so much more doable with the right help and practices. My clients are motivated, over suffering, and want help healing trauma, limiting beliefs, negative concept of themselves and want to feel more connected and in the flow with life rather than fighting it. My background in Western Psychology mixed with Eastern Philosophy helps clients feel better mentally, physically and spiritually; I specialize in reparenting, trauma and relationships. As a meditation and yoga teacher, I help clients suffering from anxiety, depression, overactive minds, stress and bad habits. I'm trained in EMDR, EMI and Reiki 1&2.
