I provide an empathetic and safe space where my clients can reveal anything without fear of judgement. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression and I do this by helping my clients to reframe negative thoughts. I also provide suggestions on a variety of tools and coping skills that may be beneficial. In addition, I have experience working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This requires a bit of a different approach than other anxiety disorders, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) where you stay present in the moment and allow the thoughts rather than avoid or fight them.
