I believe that healing begins in a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you have someone to walk along side you and provide you that safe space. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I will meet you wherever you may be in your journey. My approach is integrative and client focused with a goal of helping my clients process any issues they may be currently facing, or past issues they have endured. My passion is working with individuals & the LGBTQ+ community. I focus on understanding your perspectives and life outlooks while providing a space where you feel heard, seen, safe, and secure. Together we will work on identifying problems, gaining tools and knowledge as well awareness to help you get to where you want to be in your life.
