It is no mystery life presents us with many challenges. No matter the circumstances, there are strategies, tools, and habits to minimize difficulty and techniques to fill your coping toolbox. You will be taught how to take your toolbox and apply skills to various issues faced. I aim to validate and support individuals by promoting normal development, prevention, wellness, advocacy, and empowerment. I work with children, teens, couples, and families to identify goals and putting learned skills into action to build insight, thinking critically, confidence, emotional well-being, and functioning.
