My ideal client would be one who is willing to put in the effort it takes to achieve a healthy and happy mental status. Not every population I see has this mindset. I believe that by building trust and rapport as well as by the client seeing their own progress, the motivation to reach their personal goals will increase. I have worked with patients as young as 2 and as old as 72 with varying issues. Although I am trained to work with most populations and feel comfortable doing so, my specialty lies with those suffering from anxiety.
