My counseling style is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach largely combines cognitive-behavioral and humanistic counseling, but I also pull from other theoretical models as needed. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am here to help you get what you want out of the counseling experience. I'm sorry you are having a tough time right now, and I'm really glad you are reaching out. I'd like to help you work on the struggles and anxiety you are facing; and offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings.
