I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience working in different settings and a variety of concerns that people have come to me with. I have helped clients work through struggles; whether that is life transitions, chronic pain, symptoms of depression and anxiety, or behaviors associated with substance use, mental health, and other addictive behaviors. I am a caring and compassionate therapist who uses evidence-based practices that have shown results and improvement.
