Welcome and congratulations on taking the first steps to care for your mental health. This isn’t a sign of weakness—it shows strength. My job is to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals, and to remind you that hope is always there, even when it seems out of reach. I pull from the Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) modalities. I like to challenge you to think in new ways and often bring activities into our sessions to help you do that. I’ve received training in Couples Counseling and I’m excited to offer affordable help to couples who need it.
