Hi, I'm Danielle (she/her). As your therapist, I hope to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. At times life can feel overwhelming, and I am honored to have the opportunity to support you as you navigate whatever challenges arise. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to every session, and I’m dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself. I provide therapy for individuals 17+ in Illinois. With 8 years in the mental health field, I have experience working with a variety of clients but am especially passionate about working with those who have experienced trauma. As a clinician I utilize a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating talk therapy along with mindfulness and somatic techniques. Some examples of therapy modalities I may use in our time together include Humanistic or Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Therapy.
